Everyone gets a sweet tooth so what do you do? Well if you eat the junk then it’s just empty calories an your gonna be even more hungry later.

So what you do is this find a substitute.

Want ice cream eat? Eat frozen yogurt it is the same texture and its cold like ice cream but has a lot lower fat calorie.

What about chips? Popcorn with Parmesan cheese is a good and healthy way to get the crunchy a salty fix you’re wanting.

These are just some ideas to help out when you get a craving for something sweet and salty.

Food can be your best friend or it can be your worst, just make sure you make the right choose when it comes to food. Even if it takes baby steps.

Don’t have fresh food or know where to start when it comes to veggies? Start with canned ones cause everything has a season so sometimes you can’t get it fresh.

With fruits it’s ok to eat them frozen just like vegetables they have seasons so compromising is good. At least you’re getting some nutrients rather than none at all

Birth control medicine are one of the preventive measures for pregnancy. These tablets prevent the release of eggs required for fertilization in a woman’s womb. Most of the woman today use these contraceptive tablets as they are considered to be much safer and more effective.

Birth controls tablets are a combination of estrogen hormone and progesterone hormone. There are several different types of contraceptives in market but among these, birth control pills are commonly used as they are considered to be much safer than the other contraceptive products and they have low failure rate when compared to other contraceptive methods. Earlier birth control tablets with a combination of estrogen hormone and progesterone hormone were used, which had more side effects. For the birth-control tablets to work effectively, the individual has to ensure that she does not miss any dose or instructions mentioned on the package.

Apart from controlling birth or say avoiding pregnancy, these tablets are used for regularizing menstrual disorders, pelvic-inflammatory diseases and osteoporosis and other uterus related diseases.

It’s very important to remember that these tablets do not protect the user from sexually transmitted diseases.
